We arrange the following activities for the members which will help them in wellbeing and healthy, physically and mentally.
Yoga sessions and physical exercises to keep fit.
Swimming, saunas and steam baths.
Hold meetings to discuss the arising difficulties in everyday life and how to cope as one gets older.
Get together during one day or one evening for card games, board games and quiz games.
Day trips and short breaks.
Seminars with professionals on health issues i.e Diabetes, Alzheimer and dementia, when and as available.
